The Royal Liver Building designed by
Rogers, Stirk + Harbour Partners was conceived to be a catalyst for ongoing urban regeneration in Liverpool. The design proposes a grand glazed serpentine roof providing a sheltered venue for major public events and framed views towards the River Mersey.
